== Civil Codes & Verdicts ==

One cycle equals one hour in-game time.

We do not employ the 'amputation' system, instead Citizens must be permanently-relocated to Nova Prospekt. (see [[Civil_Protection_Overview#PERMANENT_RELOCATION|PERMANENT RELOCATION]]

Never not charge a citizen based on another citizens word. You need sufficient proof. A citizen blaming their injuries on another character is not sufficient. 

If a citizen is bleeding or near death during detainment, apply a bio gel to ensure they stay alive for the duration of their cycle.

Do not cycle Biotics as are always charged under SOCIO-ENDANGERMENT LEVEL ONE.
