As a Citizen, you serve as a resident member of the workforce, dedicated to keeping your city inhabitable through your input as a menial worker.
From handling toxic chemicals to managing the conveyor belts of heavy industry, the workforce is allocated wherever there is a shortage of labor.
This menial assignment does not come without its perks, however. Your dietary and housing accommodations will be provided by the city, as long as you remain an employed, active member of the community.
Citizens' lives are comprised of a strict daily routine. Citizens are expected to rise in the morning to receive their daily supplements of nutrients and vitamins to ensure a
healthy and productive workday. Every day, or every few days, you are expected to attend a workforce assignment with the rest of your community.
Workforce assignments are mandated for Citizens on a near-daily basis, or as needed. Failure to attend these public service details will result in a loss of evaluation points.
Though not inherently criminal, continued neglect of your duties may put your continued employment at risk. Rigorous adherence to the daily schedule and factory quotas will find you well in the abundance of these evaluation points, and you may even be able to afford time off for your efforts. By accumulating Civic Deeds (CVD), you can improve your living conditions and become eligible for various work opportunities.
