Administer Issue verdicts or punishments.
Deservice To kill an unfit Overwatch asset designated for termination by Dispatch.
Deserviced Death of an Overwatch asset.
Document To note down verdicts or punishments, refers to a citizen's records
Clamp Lockdown the designated area using forcefields and Combine locks.
Cycle To detain an individual and administer their punishment.
Converge To move to a location.

Non-citizen An unregistered individual.
Non-compliance Failure or refusal to comply.
Negotiate To reach an outcome through discussion, rather than action.
Outbreak Sudden, violent occurrence threatening the civil body.
Pacify A non lethal approach, to incapacitate and restrain.
Passive Deceased or incapacitated person.
Pressure To intensify in force, influence something into breaking/giving up.
Prosecute To initiate or conduct a criminal case against (potentially including inquiry).
