• Access to sewers, utility areas, storm systems, and factories for work-related duties.
• Required to provide proper paperwork either prior to or after inspections.
• All work must be conducted within designated work hours, outside the curfew.
• Subject to searches to ensure no contraband or unauthorized materials are removed from work areas.
