Transitional Ministerial Authority is a bureaucratic faction consisting of collaborators.

Transitional Ministerial Authority derive authority from and work from their Combine overlords.

Their tasks consist of but not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, acting as liaisons, report writing, and decision making.

Additional tasks include the adjustment of curfew, workcycle and rationing hours.

Civilian members of the Transitional Ministerial Authority are still classified as Citizens. Depending on their position they may receive additional privileges and better living conditions.

While the Transitional Ministerial Authority plays a big part in regulating the city, members of the Transitional Ministerial Authority are mere bureaucrats, and their tasks should not be confused with Civil Protection.
