Proxy Authority or sometimes referred to as The Ministry is a bureaucratic body that oversees the remaining colonies throughout the world.

General Information
The Proxy Authority works for the Proxy. Their tasks consist of, but are not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, mediation, report writing, and decision-making. Additional tasks include faxing documents to governing bodies such as the Central Services, Civil Service, C.C.A. , and Ministry of Civil Protection.
Employment
Skilled C.C.A. personnel with a proven track record will often find their way into the Proxy Authority.
Council of the Proxy Authority
The Council of the Proxy Authority serves as the governing body responsible for overseeing city operations, enforcing civil order, and ensuring compliance with the directives of the Proxyy. The council operates as a unified entity, collectively managing administration, workforce oversight, enforcement coordination, and ideological enforcement.
Council members work together to maintain stability, vote in mandates, optimize societal productivity, and suppress dissent through governance, manage CCA, provide judicial oversight, and propaganda efforts. While individuals may choose to focus on a specific role, all members share the common objective of sustaining order and upholding the authority of the Combine.
