Civil Service Department or Civil Services: An area home to various offices and courts dedicated to maintaining the bureaucracy and logistics within suppressed urban centers. It was established when City Seventeen was elected to become the headquarters of the Combine's un-elected officials, and future capital of the Earth's administration. They are tasked with maintaining smooth operations in the department of Citizen management and are responsible for carrying out the necessary bureaucracy that comes with managing a City's population, in sectors deemed of minimal importance that are not worth the effort nor attention of the greater authorities in the Ministry of Civil Protection and Proxy Authority.
As a Civil Servant, individuals will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks that will help maintain a smooth and efficient administration of City Seventeen.
Tax assessments, mental, physical, and toxicological screenings, behavioral improvement hearings, worker performance examinations and wellness checks are some of the duties one can expect from employment in the Civil Service.
