Transitional Ministerial Affairs or Ministry is a sub-faction that oversees the remaining colonies throughout the world.

General Information
Transitional Ministerial Authority is a bureaucratic faction consisting of collaborators.
Transitional Ministerial Authority works for the Planetary Authority.
They derive authority from and work from their Combine overlords.
Their tasks consist of but not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, acting as liaisons, report writing, and decision making.
Additional tasks include faxing documents to governing bodies such as the divisional CMBN authority along with the Civil Protection high command.
Civilian members of the Transitional Ministerial Authority are still classified as Citizens. Depending on their position, members of the TMA may receive additional privileges and better living conditions.
While the Transitional Ministerial Authority plays a big part in regulating the city, members of the Transitional Ministerial Authority are mere bureaucrats and political figures.
Elective Positions
Certain roles in Transitional Ministerial Authority are locked behind elections.
Elected individuals are given a temporarily position until their term runs out.
Same individual may be elected consecutively.
Assistants are not eligible for elective positions, but are able to vote.
Block Governor's are elected every week. Envoy is elected every two weeks. Proxy Governor is elected every three weeks.
Hierarchy
Proxy Governor responsible for regulating the city and ensuring it runs smoothly.
Envoy acts as a delegate to the Proxy Governor.
Block Governor's are responsible for regulating their assigned residential blocks and have full authority over it. Responsible for keeping Proxy Governor/Envoy updated.
Bureaucrat's are mid range political figures that have been given an office.
Assistant is a position given to all new members of the Ministry. Their tasks are generally trivial tasks that nobody else wants to do.
