Proxy Authority or sometimes referred to as The Ministry is a bureaucratic body that oversees the remaining colonies throughout the world.

General Information

Proxy Authority works for the Planetary Authority, their Combine overlords. Their tasks consist of but not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, mediation, report writing, and decision making. Additional tasks include faxing documents to governing bodies such as the divisional CMBN authority, Civil Service, and Ministry of Civil Protection.

Civil Service worker's who have a proven track record may request a transfer to join the Proxy Authority as a minister.

Proxy Authority Cabinet Positions

Proxy Governor

Proxy Governor's are responsible for governing the city to which they are assigned to. Proxy Governor's exercise the authority given to them by the Planetary Authority and act as a liaison between the Planetary Authority and the city. Proxy Governor's also serve as the face of the Combine within suppressed population centers, and conduct lectures, speeches, and appearances to advocate obedience. The role of Proxy Governor is to ensure that city operations run smoothly and without interruption. They have complete authority over the ministerial staff, Overwatch Stabilization Teams, and the workforce.

Consul

Consul acts as a delegate to the Proxy Governor, and aids the Proxdy Governor by overseeing city operations, helping to develop a loyal workforce, maximizing the city's work performance. During the Proxy Governor's absence, Consul acts the Proxy Governor. While the exact nature of the role varies in each administration, Consul serve as a key advisor, governing partner, and representative of the Proxy Governor.
